Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Please be advised that a restocking fee of 25% may be charged to the customer for all and any returns. The product must be shipped back to Dure Foods Ltd. within 5 business days of requesting the return/refund. Once the product is received by Dure Foods Ltd. and inspected to ensure the product has not be opened and/or damaged, the customer will receive a refund within 10 business days for the original invoice amount less shipping costs & a 25% re-stocking fee . If applicable ,when returning an item for a replacement or exchange , the customer must ship the item back to Dure Foods Ltd. within 5 business days of requesting the return. If the customer hasn’t sent the item back after 30 days, Dure Foods Ltd. has the right to charge the customer for the second item and the cost to ship it to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns or exchanges on an item without a receipt will not be accepted.
